| Hi , Let's remember the power we have at our disposal. It's a privilege we seem to either take for granted or vastly underestimate. It's the ability to call upon the almighty, all-knowing Creator of all of earth and heaven, through prayer. The true "I Am," the Living God who's ever ready to hear from us. The sheer strength of the prayers of faithful people. Just try to think of something more rich in awesome potency. And to think it's available to you and I as believers of Christ, anytime! Makes you wonder why we don't spend every moment possible in prayer to God! In fact, Paul encourages us through I Thessalonians 5:17 to "Pray Continually" (NIV). Eternal advice, plain and simple. This Thursday is the National Day of Prayer, a day set aside by our government years ago to lift up our country and leaders. We're glad to devote the day to that, but we'll be going further. We invite you to share your prayers and praises so that we can join together on both sides of the radio to bathe our concerns, desires, needs, and nation in prayer to the One who is the giver of all good things. We pray for hundreds of you each month via our prayer requests. Now, it's your turn to join us at the microphone so we can together thank God for His never-failing goodness and the tremendous power of His work in our lives. What an opportunity!
