Hamster Race

We all had a great time representing WMIT at the PetCo Hamster race in Spartanburg, SC on Saturday. 

We regret to inform everyone, that although we entered Little Ham AND his partner Fat Ham in the race to double our odds to win, they both fell short of the goal.

There was feirce competition from all the other hamsters- after warming up for about 30 minutes, I fear that we wore both of them out before the actual race.  Fat Ham started off strong, and we realy believe he won the first heat, but the judges called for a second race to determine the victor- he didn't really get off the block before the other hamster was across the line during the second race.

In spite of not coming away victorious, we all had a fabulous time, and we appreciate the opportunity to represent your station!  Thanks Again!
